Pete began his insurance career with Metropolitan Insurance Co. in 1995 after graduating from college. In 1996 he went to work for a local insurance agency; first as a personal lines csr and then as a commercial lines account executive, a sales representative and manager of the commercial lines department. Pete has earned both the AU designation (Associate in Underwriting) and the highly regarded CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). He’s licensed to sell home, auto, business, life, health and disability insurance. Pete founded Marshall Insurance Agency with the desire to offer clients the absolute best service while utilizing his knowledge and experience to ensure the proper insurance plan is in place.
Jenn joined us in 2012. She has over 15 years of experience in the customer service field; many of those years were in the insurance industry. Jenn works closely with both our clients and underwriters to make sure the proper insurance plan is in place and she provides invaluable assistance when a claim occurs.
Jeff began his insurance career in 2007 with Norfolk & Dedham Group and joined Marshall Insurance in 2016. He currently holds his Small Business Coverage Specialist “SBCS” certificate and always remains up-to-date with the ever-changing insurance industry. Jeff’s extensive insurance knowledge enables him to assist business owners with securing the most comprehensive and cost-effective insurance plan to properly protect themselves. He is very involved in the community and has served in various leadership roles in the Rotary Club as well as belonging to the local Chamber of Commerce and numerous networking organizations. Jeff currently resides in West Boylston with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
Matt has been working as a personal lines customer service representative for the agency since 2011. He works directly with clients to ensure they have the proper coverage and that all of their insurance needs are met. Prior to working for the agency he worked in customer service for over 7 years. Matt takes great pride in providing our clients with the quality service they deserve.
Lindsey has been with the Marshall Insurance team since September 2013. Prior to joining us she worked for an insurance agency in Worcester, MA, first as an account manager and then as a sales producer specializing in commercial lines. Lindsey has been working closely with clients for years. In 2004 she became a licensed real estate salesperson and this experience helped her develop the ability to effectively assist clients; first by assessing their situation and then by responding with the best possible solution to meet their needs. These unique skills allow Lindsey to provide her insurance clients with the specialized service they require.
Michael joined Marshall Insurance Agency in 2013 as a sales executive. Prior to entering the insurance industry Michael assisted clients for over 13 years in the real estate industry; using a hands-on approach he helped them find the right home to purchase and made sure they obtained the proper financing that best suited their needs. Michael uses this same approach with his insurance clients; from start to finish he works closely with them, first assessing their particular exposures and then obtaining the appropriate insurance plan that covers them properly. Michael is also very active in the community and he currently serves as president of the Hudson Youth Baseball Association.
